There are places that cannot be reached through words

Therefore, it is possible to have inside emotions, insecurities, fears or wounds that weigh on the day to day and not know, however, that they are there. It can also happen that someone knows how to recognize them, but does not know how to describe them, and that one day, suddenly, sits down in front of a table with pencils, watercolors, acrylic paint or clay and begins to materialize, through art, some corners of that untraveled inner landscape.

Through art, people can put themselves in front of a canvas, alone, without judgments and also release some hidden or buried feelings.

Thus, in this project art as «liberation» and as a way to make the invisible visible.

One of the main objectives of art therapy is precisely that: to represent the invisible through what is visible.

In very difficult moments, when sometimes someone even feels that living has no meaning, they can find in art a way to express themselves and to bring out all that they carry inside.

Thus art therapy is positive for anyone who wants to improve their emotional well-being, even if they do not have a mental health diagnosis or a very specific problem to treat. Even more so, taking into account this complicated social context that has expanded the psychological malaise among society.
